My specialty is systems-thinking and helping people make sense of complex, multi-disciplinary projects. I help what I call the persuadable "center left and the center right" to meet, to identify and translate problems and solutions that are mutually advantageous. In 20 years, I have written and/or managed a wide range of multi-million dollar projects funded by USAID, US Department of Labor, USDA, and foundations – just to name a few. I have been a proposal manager, proposal writer, technical lead, technical writer, editor, and have conducted capture work and field research for successful bids. I’ve also facilitated and negotiated public/private partnerships and written contracts with/for NGO partners and companies such as telecommunications (for mobile solutions) and food service suppliers (for value chain solutions). I’ve documented and standardized processes.
